Do You Ship Internationally? No, we currently only ship orders within India.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Package? Your package will typically be delivered within 7 working days from the date of order placement, provided it is within India.

Can I Exchange or Return Purchased Products? If your product is damaged upon receipt, such as spillage or breakage, we will replace it for you. However, physical damage like dents or scratches does not qualify for a refund or return. All refunds for canceled orders will be issued via wallet only.

How Can I Track My Order? You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

How Can I Return My Order? For damaged products, simply mail the item in its original packaging with all tags intact, along with the receipt of shipment. We will refund the courier amount to your bank account or wallet, depending on the details provided.

How Can I Test for Sensitivity or Allergy? Apply a small amount of the product to a small area of skin and wait for 24 hours. If you experience any allergic reactions like inflammation, redness, or itching, discontinue use.

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, we currently offer free cash on delivery for orders within India.
